RuBiWo is an expense management application designed to help Canadian businesses and individuals track, categorize, and report expenses in compliance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Gmail Integration

Important: Gmail Access Terms

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize RuBiWo to:

Access emails with attachments that may contain receipts or invoices
Extract relevant expense information from these emails
Store receipt attachments securely for your records

You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings or Google account permissions.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

RuBiWo offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
You can cancel your subscription at any time

5.3 Free Trial

Free trials may be offered for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload false or fraudulent expense information
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
Share your account with others
Use the Service to store non-expense related data
Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

While RuBiWo helps organize expenses for CRA compliance, you are responsible for:

Ensuring accuracy of all expense information
Proper categorization according to CRA guidelines
Filing your taxes correctly
Consulting with a tax professional when needed

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by RuBiWo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your expense data and uploaded receipts.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

RuBiWo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9.3 Tax Advice Disclaimer

RuBiWo is not a tax advisor. The Service provides tools for expense management but does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for tax advice.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
